Convert 24 fps to 25 fps

To convert 24 fps to 25 fps without dropping frames, play every frame at 25 fps. The video runs 4% shorter, so the audio must be time-stretched to match.

How 24 to 25 fps conversion works

Every frame is kept and simply played at the new rate, so the video runs faster or slower. Audio must be time-stretched (atempo) to stay in sync without a pitch change.

MethodSpeed change (keep every frame)
Running time-4%
AudioAudio is sped up to match with atempo=25/24, which keeps the pitch. Without it, the classic PAL speed-up raises the pitch by about 0.7 semitones.
