Convert 30 fps to 60 fps

To convert 30 fps to 60 fps, repeat frames at a 1 : 2 ratio (or interpolate them for smoother motion). The running time and audio stay the same.

How 30 to 60 fps conversion works

Frames are repeated at a regular interval to reach the higher rate. Running time and audio stay the same, but no new motion is created, so playback looks like the original. For smoother motion, interpolate frames instead (FFmpeg minterpolate), which takes much longer and can create artifacts.

MethodRepeat frames
Running timeUnchanged
AudioAudio is copied unchanged (-c:a copy); the running time does not change, so sound stays in sync.
